32型钻机采用系统供电的技术经济分析

摘    要:32型钻机采用柴油机发电存在柴油消耗量大、维护工作量较大、故障率高等问题,提出了在老油田区块采用6(10)kV系统供电的替代方案,该方案具有安全、节能和环保的优点,详细介绍了该方案的构成及安装要求,并对其进行了全面经济技术分析。结果表明,32型钻机采用系统供电替代柴油机发电,不仅在技术上是可行的,而且每年可节约成本21.9万元。

Abstract:The Model 32 rig is powered by diesel engines, which can induced in huge fuel consumption, hard maintenance work and more accidents. Under this situation, this paper brings forth a novel power supply plan that employs a 6 (10) kV system in old blocks. The system can run safely, save energy and is propitious to protect environment. This paper details its design and installation requirements, and evaluates its performances form technical-economic aspects. The evaluation results show that power supply by the new system instead of the diesel engines is not only feasible in technology, but also economical with 219, 000RMB savings per year.
