新型自控调节阀的研制

摘    要:在灌浆工程中,由于手工调节灌浆压力不易稳定,经常导致灌浆质量问题,为此针对手工调节阀的弊端研制了自控调节阀。自控调节阀能通过1组专门设计的组合弹簧自动改变阀门(阀心)的开度,可实现灌浆作业的半自动化,达到稳定灌浆压力、提高灌浆质量的目的。

Abstract:Grouting quality is often not well because the grouting pressure is not ease to stable under the condition of hand operation in some grouting projects.In order to improve grouting quality,a kind of new-type automatic governor valve has been developed.Through adding a composed spring,which is able to automatically change the opening of valve core,resulted in that the grouting pressure is stable,using the valve can achieve half-automatic operation in grouting construction and improve the grouting quality.
