基于FLUENT的矿用多功能水泵联动阀流场仿真分析

摘    要:根据矿井自动排水系统的特点和现状,分析现有排水阀门的不足,设计出一种矿用多功能水泵联动阀。该阀用液压油缸做缓闭装置,油液分开,兼具电动阀、逆止阀和水锤消除器3种功能。应用三维软件Pro/Engineer建立矿用多功能水泵联动阀的简化模型,并应用流体动力学软件FLUENT,以阀板在最大开度,水流速为3.0m/s作用下为例,分析矿用多功能水泵联动阀管路内部流场的变化,对流场内压力、速度、压力系数、湍动能及流线等参数进行了可视化分析,达到了设计目的,为在实验室设计出性能更佳的多功能水泵联动阀提供了参考方法和依据。

Abstract:According to the characteristics and current status of automatic drainage system in mines,the shortcomings of existing drainage valves were analyzed,and a multi-functional pump linkage valve used in mines was designed.In the valve,a hydraulic cylinder served as slow closing unit,water and oil separated,the valve integrated three functions of the electric valve,check valve and water hammer eliminator.Pro/Engineer was applied to build the simplified model of the multi-functional pump linkage valve,and fluid dynamics software FLUENT was applied to analyze the variation of the inner flow field in the pipe of the valve at the maximum opening of valve plate and water flow rate of 3.0 m/s.Visualization analysis of the pressure,velocity,pressure coefficient,turbulent kinetic energy,flow lines and other parameters of the flow field was carried out,and the results showed that the design purpose was achieved.The study offered method and references for designing multi-functional pump linkage valve with more excellent performance in labs.
