灵芝菌丝液体深层发酵培养基的研究

摘    要:利用液体深层发酵方法进行灵芝菌丝发酵最佳培养基的确定。通过单因素实验研究了可溶性淀粉、葡萄糖、蛋白胨、麸皮、MgSO4·7H2O、KH2PO4对液体深层发酵灵芝菌丝生长的影响,并通过单因素试验和正交试验确定了灵芝液体深层发酵的最适培养基配比为可溶性淀粉1%,葡萄糖2.5%,蛋白胨0.1%,麸皮0.5%,MgSO4·7H2O0.015%,KH2PO40.1%。发酵6d干菌体得率为19.91g/L。

Abstract:By submerged fermentation,the optimum culture medium of Ganoderma lucidum mycelial was determined.Using single factor experiment,the influence of soluble starch,glucose,peptone,bran,MgSO4.7H2O and KH2PO4 on the growth of Ganoderma lucidum mycelial was researched.And the optimum culture medium dispensing of ganoderma capeus submerged fermentation soluble starch 1%,glucose 2.5%,peptone 0.1%,bran 0.5%,MgSO4.7H2O 0.015% and KH2PO4 0.1% were obtained by single factor and orthogonal experiment.The largest biomass of mycelial was 19.91 g/L by 6d fermentation.
