摘    要:提出了一种基于纵联比较原理的降压变压器及其中低压母线的继电保护方法。通过逻辑比较安装在变压器各侧以及中低压母线各出线处的测量元件的动作状态,快速确定出故障点的位置,以较小的动作时限切除故障设备,实现降压变电站中变压器的快速后备保护和中低压侧母线的主保护功能。

Abstract:A new protection scheme for step-down transformer and connecting buses based on longitudinal comparison principle is presented. In case of a fault occurring, the scheme can determine fault location and isolate fault quickly, according to the outputs of the measurement elements equipped in all sides of the transformer and its middle and low voltage outgoing feeders. The scheme can be taken as the high speed backup protection of the transformer and main protection of the middle and low voltage buses.
