大型发电机灭磁及转子过电压保护

摘    要:直流电感性负载的大电流开断技术,长期以来一直是电力领域一项难以攻克的堡垒,文章叙述了有关发电机灭磁的技术要求,并对目前国内外采用的灭磁方案进行比较。重点介绍了以高能PTC材料为主的高科技电子组合开关配合非线性电阻灭磁的动作原理,及其在转子过电压保护中的应用,它摒弃了不可靠的换流器件及复杂的控制电路,提出了一种新颖可靠的发电机灭磁方案,较好的解决了大型发电机励磁系统的磁断路技术。

Abstract:It has been a difficult fort to capture the big electric current opened and broken technology of direct inductive load for a long time. The paper expounds the technical requirement of generator demagnetization. Through comparing with the demagnetization scheme that generally adopted both at home and abroad, the paper introduces the eclectronic combined switch, which the eclectric and electron combined device of Hi-Tech relying mainly on high energy PTC material, cooperats with the non-linear resistance to demagnetization's movement principle and the application in overvoltage protection of rotor. It has abandoned the unreliable inverter and the complicated controlling circuit, puts forward a kind of a novel and reliable demagnetization scheme of generator, solves the magnetic broken circuit technology of a large-scale generator excitation system.
