水雷战斗部塑态装药技术及工艺应用

摘    要:通过对水雷战斗部装药技术及工艺应用进行研究,分析水雷战斗部装药的结构特点和工艺特点,给出传统水雷装药热塑态工艺路线图,通过采用真空塑化振动装药、颗粒级配、精确称量加压成型及大真空室装药等技术,提高水雷战斗部装药质量,实现了塑态装药新工艺在水中兵器装药上的应用,对其在其他大型战斗部装药产品中的应用也具有一定的意义。

Torpedo Warhead Plastic State Charge Technology and Its Process Applications

Abstract:Through study the charge technology and technology application of torpedo warhead, analyze orpedo warhead structural characteristics and process characteristics, give the traditional torpedo charge thermoplastic technology roadmap states. Through the use of a vacuum plastics vibration charge, particle size distribution, accurately weighed compression molding and large vacuum chamber charge and other technologies to improve the quality of torpedo warhead to achieve a plastic state charge of new technology in underwater weapons charge on the application, its the other large warhead products in the application also has a certain significance.
