| 摘 要： | 为了实现集约资源、保障方便、快捷高效的航空装备技术保障,重点从推行军民联保机制、强化多元化保障力量、实施两级维修和完善多机种保障4个方面对航空装备技术保障体制的改革进行了探讨,进一步优化和完善了保障力量、保障方式和保障资源,为航空装备技术保障体制改革提供借鉴与参考。

| Abstract: | In order to achieve intensive resources, support of convenient, fast and efficient aviation equipment and technical support, this paper mainly from the implementation of join military and civilian coinsurance mechanism, strengthening the diversity forces of support, implementation of the two levels of maintenance, and improvement of support multiple types of aircraft, four aspects of aviation equipment technology support reform are discussed, further optimize and improve the forces of support, the way of support and the resources of support, to offer reference for aviation equipment technology support reform. |
