摘    要:为提高大型火电机组过热蒸汽温度串级控制的性能,提出了一种新型模糊-PID复合控制器的设计方法。该方法可实现在偏离工作点较远的区域模糊控制中起主要控制作用,在工作点附近则主要实施PID控制,实现了两种控制的优势互补,同时还为模糊控制器提供了一种系统化设计方法。实际工业应用结果表明:采用该方法设计的过热蒸汽温度串级控制系统比常规方法设计的系统具有更强的适应能力和良好的控制品质。图9表1参6

Abstract:To improve the control quality of conventional PID controller used in main steam temperature cascade control system, a new design method of fuzzy and PID hybrid controller is proposed by utilizing the advantages of both fuzzy and PID controls and their mutual compensation. The feature of the hybrid control is that the fuzzy controller in the hybrid control has a larger control effect on the main steam temperature when the error of the main steam temperature is large, when the error is small the conventional PID control provides primary control action to the main steam temperature. Moreover, the fuzzy controller in the hybrid control can be designed with a more systematic design method. The industrial application results show that the main steam temperature cascade control system that uses this design method has stronger adaptability and better control performance than that of using traditional design method.
