| Abstract: | Black tea juice was untrafiltrated removing tea cream.We produced tinned black tea drink by mixing sugar,fruit juice etc.to black tea juice,the tinned black tea beverage is perfectly clear.At the same time,it was retained most composition of black tea juice and flaor retention.The solution is we may produce tinned black tea beverage by ultrafiltration. |
