引入情感因素进行抽油机的外观造型改进设计

阐述了情感因素在机械产品外观造型中的作用及机械产品设计中引入情感因素的必然性.沿着注重文化的情感设计方向,采用中国传统文化元素为基本的设计思路,并应用现代工业产品造型设计中的仿生设计方法,在保证抽油机性能不变的前提下,对常规游梁抽油机的游梁、驴头和支架进行了外观造型改进设计.对改进后的抽油机进行动力学分析、有限元分析,从而验证了改进后的抽油机的实用性和安全性能.最后完成了抽油机的三维效果图制作,实现了机械产品外观造型设计的情感化.

Improvement on the Appearance of Conventional Beam Pumping Units Introducing Emotional Factors

In this article the role of emotional factors in the appearance design of mechanical products and the necessity of introduction emotional factors in the appearance design of mechanical products are discussed.The appearances of the beam,horse and stent of conventional beam pumping unit are improved and designed on the premise that the performance of the pumping unit is ensured not to changed,along the emotional design direction of involving culture,traditional Chinese culture elements being used as fundamental design idea,the bionic design method of modern industrial product design being applied.The dynamic analysis and finite element analysis are conducted for the improved units to verify the practical perfromance and security.In the end,three-dimension effect picture of the pumping unit is finished,and the emotional design of the appearance of mechanical products is achieved.
