摘    要:以2,4,6-三氯苯胺和顺丁烯二酸酐为原料,以乙酸乙酯为溶剂,乙酸酐为脱水剂,无水乙酸钠为催化剂,对苯二酚为阻聚剂,通过两步法合成N-(2,4,6-三氯苯基)马来酰亚胺.采用正交实验法考察了诸因素对反应结果的影响,最佳工艺条件为:反应温度55℃,反应时间80 min,对苯二酚用量0.15 g,乙酸酐用量10 mL,催化...

Abstract:N - (2,4,6 - triehlorophenyl) maleimide was synthesized in a two -step process with 2,4,6 - trichloroaniline and maleic anhydride as the materials, ethyl acetate as the solvent, acetic anhydride as the dehydrating agent, anhydrous sodium acetate as the catalyst and hydroquinone as the polymerization inhibitor. The effect of contributing factors on the reaction was studied through orthogonal tests. The optimum process conditions identified are: reaction temperature: 55 ℃, reaction time: 80 min, hydroquinone usage: 0.15 g, acetic anhydride usage: 10 mL, catalyst usage: 1.1 g. The product yield can be as high as 90.5% at such conditions.
