摘    要:锅炉空气预热器低温腐蚀、堵灰是各种锅炉的普遍存在的问题,论述了烟气余热利用中空气预热器堵灰机理与预防、处理措施,介绍了工厂利用以除氧水作热媒的空气预热系统改造锅炉,解决了锅炉空气预热器低温腐蚀和堵灰问题,具有良好的推广应用价值。

Abstract:Low-temperature corrosion of boiler air preheater and flue blockage are ubiquitous problems in all kinds of boiters.This paper discusses the mechanism of air preheater clogging of flue gas and prevention,treatment measures in residual-heat utilization and introduces the reform of boiler air preheating system by using deoxygenated water as heat medium.this solves the boiler air preheater corrosion and plugging problems and has the very good application value.
