省煤器磨损及防磨措施的研究

摘    要:通过自制磨损强化模拟试验装置测量省煤器管磨损量与时间的关系,对这些数据进行拟合,以此预测出省煤器管四年后的剩余厚度满足电站锅炉的强度要求,并通过试验证明了使用防磨涂层是一种非常有效的防磨措施。

Abstract:By researching on the relationship between the abrasion value of economizer and the time measured by self-made enhanced abrasion experiment equipment,the remaining thickness of the economizer is satisfied with the requirement of power plant boiler after 4 years.Anti-wear coating is a very effective anti-wear method,which is testified by experiment.
