| 摘 要： | 对ＵＳＰ－１型常温速干腻子的生产工艺进行了研究。该腻子以不饱和聚酯为主要成分，采用复合促进、复合稳定体系和空心粉填料，固化剂采用自制的固化催干剂和固化稳定剂。对该腻子与国内外名牌腻子的性能作了比较。指出该腻子完全达到或超过Ｑ／ＪＧＮ０１－９５企业标准和日本工业标准ＪＩＳ－Ｋ５６５５（８０），性能与国际先进的ＧＧ牌腻子相当。

| Abstract: | Process for producing USP-1 auto-drying putty was studied.For the putty,an unsaturated polyester was used as main colnponent,and composite promoter-stablizer made by us-self and hollow stock were used.Properties of the putty were compared with that of famous products at home and abroad,and it was shown that the putty was up to or beyond the commerical standard Q/JGN 01-95 and Japanese Industrial Standard JI-SK 5 655(80),its property was up to that of GG remarked putty which was in advanced level in the world. |
