摘    要:连续退火炉是生产高质量深冲汽车板生产线上重要的生产设备之一。针对其作为一个非线性、时变、多变量强耦合、大时滞的控制对象,难以建立精确的数学模型的问题,在某一连续退火炉加热段已得的静态模型基础上,运用最小二乘法,对模型参数进行辨识,完善模型结构;介绍了最小二乘静态模型算法的编程思想,并通过对大量数据进行模型辨识及Matlab仿真,证明了该算法的有效性。该技术提高了模型精度,对提高工业生产的产品质量及产量具有重要意义。

Abstract:The continuous annealing furnace,as one of the most important equipments in high-grade deep drawing automobile sheets production line,is a nonlinear,time-varying,strong coupling with multi-variable,time-lagged control object.In accordance with the problem that difficult to build an exact mathematic model,based on the gained static model of heating process in a certain continuous annealing furnace,the identification of model parameter and optimization of model structure are performed by using the least-squares method.The program idea of least-square method of static model are introduced.Model identification and Matlab simulation on mass data show the practicability of the methd.The application of the technology increases the precision of model and has enormous guiding significance to enhance the product quality and quantity in the industrial production process.
