高温高压高含硫地区超深井钻井难点及对策——以通南巴构造带为例

摘    要:受特殊沉积环境及复杂构造运动的影响,在通南巴构造带上钻井工程事故频发,存在井漏、井壁垮塌、井涌(喷)、卡钻、高含硫化氢、岩石致密硬度大、井斜等问题,严重影响了安全、优质快速钻井。通过对通南巴构造带工程地质特征的研究,提出如下对策:①优选气体钻井、泡沫钻井、垂直钻井、复合钻井、旋转导向钻井等钻井方式,促进防斜打直、打快;②优化井身结构设计,合理确定必封点,科学确定井眼尺寸;③优化钻井液性能,提高防塌、润滑效果;④强化钻头选型,提高破岩效果;⑤细化防漏堵漏措施,减少非生产时间等。经现场钻井实践,大幅度地提高了机械钻速,有效地减少了钻井复杂情况,实现了该地区海相超深含硫气井的优快钻井,并对同类高温、高压、含硫气井的高效钻井具有借鉴意义。

Abstract:Due to the unique sedimentary environment and the complex tectonic movement, drilling accidents occur very frequently at the Tongnanba tectonic belt.
