快速凝固耐热铝合金焊接技术的研究现状

摘    要:阐述了快速凝固耐热铝合金焊接研究现状,分析了快速凝固耐热铝合金的焊接性,讨论了钨极氩弧焊、电容放电焊、电子束焊、激光焊、摩擦焊以及钎焊在快速凝固耐热铝合金材料连接中的应用和存在的问题,指出具有高能量密度、低能量输入的电子束焊、激光焊以及摩擦焊适于快速凝固耐热铝合金的焊接.

Abstract:Heat-resistant aluminum alloy produced by rapidly solidified progress is a kind of promising aluminum al- loy.This kind of alloy has a widespread availability in aviation,space flight,ship and weapons etc.owing to its excellent me- chanical properties at elevate temperatures and low density.In this aticle,the recent year's development and latest progress in the welding of rapidly solidified heat-resistant aluminum alloy are presented,its weldabilities are analysised and the prohlems on the joining of rapidly solidified heat-resistant aluminum alloy by using GTAW,CDW,EBW,LBW,FW and braze welding are discussed.High energy density,low energy input processes such as electron beam welding and laser welding and friction weld- ing are suitable for the welding of rapidly solidified heat-resistant aluminum alloy.
