苹果多酚的特性及其应用

摘    要:苹果多酚作为重要的生理活性物质,具有较强的抗氧化和抗肿瘤作用,已广泛应用于医学、食品等领域。本文通过对苹果多酚的性质、功能活性、应用方向的研究分析,指出加快苹果多酚研究及工业化生产的重要意义。

Abstract:Apple polyphenol was one kind of the biological activities which had the stronger antioxidant capacity and antitumor effects.It was widely used in medicine and food industry and so on.The characteristics,functional activities and the applying direction for Apple polyphenol were analysised.And some indications showed that it was important to enhance the research on apple polyphenol and its industrialization.
