摘    要:利用激光重熔技术对Ti-6Al-4V(TC4)表面进行了处理。用XRD、SEM和TEM分析了合金化层的组成和组织结构。在SRV-IV微动摩擦磨损试验机上对TC4基材和激光重熔后TC4的摩擦磨损性能进行对比测试。结果表明:激光重熔可以细化TC4的晶粒,显著提高TC4的表面硬度和耐磨性能。

Abstract:TC4 substrate was remelting by laser remelting.Crystalline phase and microstructure of the coatings were analyzed by X-ray diffraction(XRD),Scan electron microscopy(SEM) and Transmission electron microscopy(TEM).Tribological properties were examined using SRV-IV tester under dry sliding condition.It has been found that the laser remelting treatment can improve the hardness and wear resistance of the as-received TC4,and the crystal size of the as-received TC4 can be refined after laser remelting.
