振动式纤维束过滤器的研制与应用

在分析现有纤维球过滤器和纤维束过滤器存在问题的基础上,研制出振动式纤维束过滤器。过滤器由液压执行机构、容器体、上托盘、下托盘、纤维束滤料和进出水管汇等部件组成。TCLW150/0.6Z型过滤器样机在大港油田采油二厂庄大站的工业运行试验表明,处理后的水质达到了低渗透地层A3级注水水质标准。该过滤器结构简单,反洗原理独特,具有良好的过滤性能和反洗性能,后续处理效果稳定可靠,且具有较强的抗负荷冲击能力。

Development and application of vibrating fibrous bundle filter

On the basis of analyzing the problems of the current fibrous ball filter and fibrous bundle filter,the vibrating fibrous bundle filter is developed.The filter is composed of hydraulic execution mechanism,container,upper tray,lower tray,fibrous bundle filtering material and water outlet-inlet pipe manifold.The trial application of TCLW150/06Z filter prototype in Dagang Oilfield shows that the treated water quality reaches A3 grade water quality for low-permeability formation.The filter has the advantages of simple structure,excellent filtering property and backwashing property,stable and reliable sequent treatment and strong anti-load impact ability.
