摘    要:同步辐射是生物大分子研究中所使用的重要方法 ,本文讨论的准直镜和聚焦镜系统是生物大分子光束线中的重要装置 ,其作用是改变X射线的方向并使其聚焦。生物大分子试验对准直、聚焦系统提出了特殊的要求。为此 ,本文使用了有限元的方法 ,对镜体表面各处在不同工况下的曲率半径进行了模拟。在此基础上设计了一种带有平衡系统的压弯系统。对于有限空间下能自锁的姿态调整系统、支撑系统、水冷系统、镜箱系统也作了讨论。

Abstract:The synchronal radiation technology is the important method in the study of biological molecule.The collimation and focus systems discussed in this paper are the important components of the synchronal radiation equipment which can change the direction of X ray and focus it.The special requirement is put forward when the collimation and focus systems are used in the biological molecule experiment.Therefore,the simulation of the curvature radius of the mirror in different cases had been done by the finite element method in this paper in order to estimate the effect of the bending system.Base the analysis,a new bending mechanism which can balance the weight of the mirror had been designed.At the same time,the design of the positon adjusting system which can lock itself?supporting system?cooling system?vacuum box system had also been discussed.
