一种斩波式电流型步进电机驱动电路方案

摘    要:提出采用斩波式电流型开关电源结合单片式步进电机驱动器TA8435H,构成一种电机驱动电路的方案。简述其工作原理;介绍了使用的电机驱动芯片;比较了电机驱动器在恒压供电和电流型开关电源作为驱动电源时的性能;分析了这种驱动电路的优越性。

Abstract:A method of stepping motor driver circuit was given, composed by a chopper type current mode switch regulator and a monolithic stepping motor driver TA8435H. At first, the operational principle of chopper type switch mode current regulator was briefly presented. Then the function Of TA8435H was introduced. The performances of the motor driver which constant voltage and the current regulator working on, were placed together and compared. At last, the advantage of the circuit was analyzed.
