| 摘 要： | 随着网络的迅猛发展,网络技术越来越多的应用于自动化控制系统中,上位机通过以太网和下位机PLC进行连接,从而实现信号采集以及数据交换,使车间管理人员在中控室就能实现对整条涂装生产线的实时监控。以车架电泳涂装线生产线为实例,阐述了网络技术在涂装线生产线电气控制系统中的应用。

| Abstract: | With the swift and violent development of the network, the network technologies were widely used in auto-control systems, upper computer was connect with ethernet and lower computer PLC, so realized the data collect and exchange, the workshop managerial staff could realize real-time monitoring of the entire coating production lines in the central control room. In this paper, the car-t＇rame electrophoresis coating line production line was used as an example, and the application of network technology in the electric control system of coating production line of was elaborated. |
