黑龙江省航道电子调度系统应用研究

立项对黑龙江航道电子调度系统进行研究,主要目的是运用计算机网络技术、信息处理和数据通信技术以及其它相关技术,在Internet内部网的基础上建立业务调度系统,实现全省航道系统内部的船舶调度、每日水位、水深信息统计和发布等功能,将大大加强调度工作的管理信息化,提高管理的工作效率并实现资源共享；将电子航道图系统、航标遥测遥控系统、船舶动态监控系统等整合到一个统一的信息服务体系中,为“十二五黑龙江数字化航道建设”提供技术支撑.

Discussion on Application of Waterway Electronic Control System in Heilongjiang Province

Waterway electronic control system is taken as a research project in Heilongjiang province,and the main purpose of the research is to utilize computer internet technology,information processing technology,data communication technology and other relating technology to establish an electronic control system based on the internal network,realizing the statistical and releasing functions for ship dispatching,daily water level and water depth,and so on,in Heilongjiang Provincial waterway system.It will strengthen the infomationization management of waterway control,heighten management efficiency and realize resources sharing.The system integrates electronic waterway map system,navigation mark telemetering and remote control system,and ship dynamic monitoring system into an information service system and provides a technological support for "Twelfth Five-Year Plan for Heilongjiang Province Digital Waterway Construction".
