摘    要:某化肥厂合成氨装置的空气压缩机由于密封问题,造成压缩空气倒流,使压缩机段间及出口空气温度升高,严重影响压缩机101-J排气量,导致二段转化炉出口温度过高。通过技术改造后解决了故障,保证了装置的高负荷生产,创造了可观的经济效益。

Abstract:In the Synthetic Ammonia Plant , the sealing problem of air compressor caused compressed air to flow backwards , made the compressor interstage and discharge air temperature rised , severely affected 101-J air capacity , and lead to an overhigh temperature at the outlet of the secondary reformer. By technical renovation , the fault has been solved , the high capacity production has been ensured , and significant economic benefit has been created.
