腈纶污水深度处理工艺技术探讨

摘    要:对腈纶污水处理场采用复配过渡金属离子、紫外光催化臭氧高级氧化和微曝气活性滤池工艺进行中试试验,确定了试验的水质水量标准。结果表明,多相催化臭氧高级氧化技术和强化生物膜技术对腈纶污水中难降解的有机组分具有良好的降解作用,处理后的腈纶污水能够实现达标排放。

Abstract:Pilot test was made in the acrylic fiber waste water treatment farm using the process of transitional metallic ions formulation,ultraviolet catalytic ozone advanced oxidation and active filtration pool micro-aeration,and the water quality and quantity for the test was determined. The result shows,heterogeneous catalytic ozone advanced oxidation technology and enhanced biofilm technology have good degradation to the organic components difficult to degrade in the acrylic fiber waste water,and the acrylic fiber waste water thus treated can achieve on-standard emission.
