摘    要:分析双燃料发动机引燃柴油在甲烷一空气混合气中的着火过程,提出一种新的着火模型.着火模型的基本框架仍然采用Shell模型,但考虑了CH4对柴油着火过程的影响.柴油的着火过程是退化分支链的反应过程,根据CH4基元反应的特点,分析CH4对柴油退化分支链反应机理的影响,提出一种修正的Shell模型,并进行了试验分析.模拟计算选用KIVA-3程序,修正的Shell模型作为KIVA-3的一个独立的着火子程序.试验结果表明,修正的Shell模型能够较好地模拟引燃柴油在甲烷-空气混合气中的着火过程.

Abstract:This paper presents a new model describing the autoignition of pilot diesel in the mixture of methane with air for dual fuel engines. The skeleton of the new autoignition model is based on Shell model, which considers the effect of methane on autoignition of diesel. The characteristic of elementary reactions of methane is discussed and its effects on degenerate chain branching reactions of diesel are analyzed,and thus a simplified modification to Shell model is made. The modified Shell model has been integrated with the KIVA software as a freestanding code and validated by experiments. Computed and measured autoignition delays agree well in trends and magnitudes in various ignition processes of pilot diesel in the mixture of methane and air.
