摘    要:“十二五”期间,我国将大力发展清洁能源和可再生能源,风电将大规模并网发电。针对国内风电无序发展的问题,提出需要优化容量投资,既要求能满足负荷和运行的要求,又不至于过度投资造成浪费,这就对传统的发电容量优化问题提出了新的挑战。运用投资组合理论,对风电装机容量进行系统化、数理化的分析,在考虑风电并网的条件下建立了新的发电容...

Abstract:In the duration of China’s 12th Five Year Plan,clean energy and renewable energy resource will be striven to develop and large-scale grid-connection of wind farms will be implemented in China.In allusion to the problem of disorderly development of domestic wind farms,it is proposed that the capacity investment portfolio should be optimized: not only the demands of load and secure operation of power grid should be met,but also the waste due to over-investment should be avioded,so there is a new challenge to traditional generation capacity optimization.Using portfolio theory,a systemic and numerical analysis on installed capacity of wind turbine generators are performed,and considering grid-connection of wind farms a new optimal investment portfolio model for installed capacity is built.From numerical calculation example,optimal installed capacity and investment scale of wind farms in China are obtained.
