混凝土中钢筋点蚀的电化学噪声特性研究

摘    要:    采用Sym4小波分析氯离子环境下砂浆中碳钢电化学噪声的电流波动及电压波动信号,通过提取信号的小波能量,得到了信号的能量分布曲线.结果表明,电化学噪声的小波能量是点蚀监测信号解析的重要特征参数,根据能量分布曲线的变化可以判定点蚀的发生.

Abstract:The pitting corrosion behavior of reinforcing steel in cement mortar has been studied by electrochemical noise analysis(ENA)method.The wavelet Sym4 has been applied to analyze the EN data of reinforcing steel in mortar.The energy distribution plot(EDP)was plotted.The experimental results demonstrated that the change of EDP during the corrosion process could qualitatively reveal the useful information of corrosion mechanism.According to EDP,the occurance of pitting corrosion can be identified qualitativly.
