观音岩水电站溢流面混凝土缺陷处理

Treatment of concrete defects of overflow surface of Guanyinyan Hydropower Station

In the construction of overflow dam surface of Guanyinyan Hydropower Station, the defects, such as fracture I, surface voids, bubbles, scratches and cracks at the foot of the wall existed in some of the concrete due to the structural design and construction technique. The epoxy material MS-3 is used to repair the concrete according to the conditions in construction field and the engineering experiences. The basic performance, ratio and operation method of the material are introduced. The construction technique for the repairing process of different defects is expounded. After the repairing work, the new and old concrete are tightly combined and the design requirement is met.
