观音岩水电站溢流面混凝土缺陷处理

摘    要:在观音岩水电站溢流坝段溢流面施工中,由于结构设计、施工工艺等原因,致使部分混凝土存在Ⅰ类裂缝、麻面、气泡、划痕及墙根缝等质量缺陷。根据现场条件并结合相关工程经验,最终选择MS-3环氧系列材料对缺陷进行了修补。介绍了MS-3环氧系列材料的基本性能、配比及使用方法,对各类缺陷具体修补流程的施工工艺进行了详细论述。缺陷修补完成后,与老混凝土结合紧密,锤击声音清脆,满足设计要求。

Treatment of concrete defects of overflow surface of Guanyinyan Hydropower Station
Abstract:In the construction of overflow dam surface of Guanyinyan Hydropower Station, the defects, such as fracture I, surface voids, bubbles, scratches and cracks at the foot of the wall existed in some of the concrete due to the structural design and construction technique. The epoxy material MS-3 is used to repair the concrete according to the conditions in construction field and the engineering experiences. The basic performance, ratio and operation method of the material are introduced. The construction technique for the repairing process of different defects is expounded. After the repairing work, the new and old concrete are tightly combined and the design requirement is met.
