氮气气举采油技术的应用

摘    要:油田常规排液存在速度慢、不灵活、深度浅且安全性差等问题.现场制氮注氮装置采用先进的膜分离技术,直接从空气中分离制取氮气,车载、可移动、现场制氮的特点,使氮气气举采油技术应用范围更广,适应性更强.几年来,成功地进行了氮气气举返排压裂液,氮气气举排水采气,氮气气举深度掏空地层排出泥浆等工艺试验.氮气气举不仅成为常规油井排液的主要手段,而且在高凝油井的成功尝试,使辽河油田利用氮气气举工艺技术在特种油的开采方面拓展了新的途径.

Abstract:Conventional oilfield fluid flowing is slow, inflexible, shallow and unsafe. On - site nitrogen making and injection device adopts advanced film separation technique to make nitrogen directly from air. This device is carried by vehicle, movable, and makes nitrogen on site, thus making nitrogen gas - lift recovery technique can be applied in larger scope and more adaptable. In recent years, nitrogen gas -lift has been successfully used in backflow of fracture fluid, draining water and recovering gas, and discharging mud from long distance formation . Nitrogen gas - lift not only has become a major fluid flowing method, but also been successfully used in high pour - point oil well, thus opening a new way of special oil recovery.
