| 摘 要： | 简要介绍了山东电网及装备现状，对其2007年城市中压用户供电可靠性主要指标进行了分析；对2007年中压停电责任原因进行了分类分析；在此基础上，对2007年城市用户供电可靠性进行了分析与评价，提出了生产管理改进建议和改进预期值，明确了下阶段工作思路和措施。 |

| Abstract: | The paper introduced the present situation of Shandong Power Grid and the equipment, and analyzed the power supply reliability index for its city MV user in 2007. The classified analysis for the responsible reason of MV power failure in 2007 was carried out. Based on the foundation, the power supply reliability for city MV user in 2007 was analyzed and appraised, the suggestions and desired value of improvement for improving production management were put forward, and working train of thought and measures for the next stage were clearly presented. |
