| 摘 要： | 分析了氧气管线爆炸、煤浆管线爆炸、气化炉内爆、碳洗塔内爆等国内水煤浆气化装置常见事故类型,为避免事故发生,应严格执行煤浆制备系统的管理制度、开车操作制度、氧气系统的管理制度和烘炉升温制度,并提出了事故发生后应采取的应急预案。

| Abstract: | Emergency cases commonly occur in China s coal water slurry gasification plants such as explosion of oxygen pipes and coal water slurry pipes,and also the implosion of the gasifier and the carbon scrub tower,etc.are analyzed in this paper.In order to avoid accidents,the management of coal water slurry preparation,the start-up and operation system,oxygen system,oven heating up system should be strictly abided by.In this paper,the author proposes emergency response plans for such failures. |
