筑路机械发动机冷却系统的改进设计

摘    要:针对筑路机械发动机和液压油过热的问题对原冷却系统进行了改进设计,采用液力驱动冷却系统和电力驱动冷却系统把发动机和液压油的散热问题分开解决,两种风扇的冷却能力都可用微控单元ECU根据发动机和液压油不同的散热需要进行控制,可以较好地解决筑路机械发动机和液压系统同时过热的问题。笔者对冷却系统的液力驱动进行了设计计算。

Abstract:The traditional cooling system of the construction machinery engine is improved.The overheat problems of engine and hydraulic oil are solved separately by the hydraulic drive cooling system and the electric drive cooling system.The cooling capacities of fans both can be controlled by ECU(Electronic Control Unit) to meet the requirement of the heat dissipation.The simultaneous overheat problems of engine and hydraulic system on construction machinery can be resolved better.The hydraulic drive of the cooling system is designed and calculated.
