| Abstract: | How to handle the pressure on library caused by college expansion and evaluation? The managing idea of co-construction of library and readers is proposed to solve the problem.This paper expatiates managing strategies,work principle,internal and external coordination as well as measures to deal with crisis, which can constitute a high efficient service platform with reasonable organization. |
