摘    要:压缩机热工性能的优劣直接关系到热泵系统的制冷与制热效果,对其进行性能测试与评价具有非常重要的意义。为此开发了一套压缩机测控系统,根据测试方法的要求,提出了系统的结构框架,并介绍了测试系统,在对系统的软、硬件进行调试的基础上,对压缩机进行了热工性能测试,并给出了对试验结果的分析。实际运行结果表明,该系统性能稳定、运行可靠、各项测试精度基本达到要求,具有一定的实用价值。

Abstract:The heating and cooling efficiency of heat-pump can be affected directly by the performance of compressor. Aiming at the importance to obtain operation parameters for the test and evaluation of the compressor, the performance testing system for the heat-pump compressor was developed. According to the requirements of the method of the second refrigerant, the framework of the system was proposed. Then the whole system was introduced in detail. After the software and hardware were debugged, several sets of test were carried out to checkout the whole system. The test results show that, the system is reliable and can be easily operated, the accurate of system can meet the requirement of testing standards.
