| 摘 要： | 根据大规模定制生产的特点及敏捷制造的要求，从顾客需求信息的敏捷响应、企业的组织管理、产品设计和产品加工制造四方面出发，研究了大规模定制企业敏捷性的评价问题，建立了大规模定制企业的敏捷性评价指标体系，并根据评价指标的主观性特征，将层次分析法和灰色评价方法结合起来，采用多层次灰色评价方法对大规模定制企业敏捷性进行评价。

| Abstract: | Based on the characteristics of the Mass Customization (MC) production and the requirements of agile manufacturing, an MC Enterprise Agility assessment index system is established through studying the agile responding ability for information and enterprise organization management and product design and manufacture. According to the subjectivity characteristics of the assessment index, the Multilevel Gray Assessment Method, which is combined by the Analytical Hierarchy Process and Grey Theory together, is adopted to assess Mass Customization enterprise agility. |
