| 摘 要： | 分析了三维建模方式及工具的优缺点,提出了基于AutoCAD、SketchUp、3DS MAX及VR-Platform等工具的房地产虚拟展示系统的构建方案.详细介绍了系统的构建流程,最终完成了房地产虚拟漫游展示系统,并对相关技术问题进行讨论.

| Abstract: | This essay analyses the advantages and disadvantages of 3D modeling methods and tools.It provides a solution of 3D virtual Real Estate roaming system based on AutoCAD,SketchUp,3DS MAX and VR-Platform,and introduces the system construction process in detail.Finally,it realizes the virtual real estate roaming system and discussed about the concerned technical problems. |
