| 摘 要： | 针对安钢SWRH82B钢生产的工艺现状,研究了拉速、过热度、二冷配水等工艺参数对于铸坯中心缩孔、疏松和偏析等内部质量的影响。在实验室进行了铸坯凝固组织的研究,测量了二次枝晶间距,进一步了解连铸工艺参数对铸坯凝固组织的影响。

| Abstract: | According to the process situation of SWRH82B in Angang,this paper investigates the influence of casting speed,molten steel superheat,secondary cooling water etc process parameters on billet central contraction cavity,looseness and segregation etc internal quality.We studied solidification structure of casting billet in laboratory,measured the secondary dendrite space,and found out the effect of continuous casting process parameters on solidification structure. |
