摘    要:从控制角度出发,提出了一种图形化的永磁同步电机设计方法.根据给定的额定电压、电流等指标,可以在图形中直接得到三个关键参数:永磁体磁链、直轴电抗、交轴电抗.对两种典型工况:弱磁型与非弱磁型进行了分析,理论分析结果分别以三维图形和列表的方式表示.本文的永磁同步电机设计方法结合了电流矢量控制,着眼于提高包括逆变器在内的整个系统的利用率.针对不同实际要求,该方法为永磁同步电机设计参数的初步优选提供了一个新途径,具有直观、简便快捷以及实用针对性强等优点,理论结果经过了与实际样机的对比,证明该方法是有效与合理的.

Abstract:A new graphic method for permanent magnet synchronous motor design is presented on the basis of control strategy. Once all rated values such as voltage, current, and speed convert to the per unit, from the graphs the designers can easily obtain and optimize these three motor parameters: permanent magnet flux-linkage, d-reactance and q-reactance. The flux-weakening and non-flux- weakening applications are classified and analyzed, and the expressions of three-dimension graphs for flux-weakening and table for non-flux-weakening are listed accordingly. The new characteristic of graphic method is the integration of motor design and the current vector control strategy. During the optimization process, it is no longer focused on the motor, on the contrary, the emphases are transferred to maximum whole system efficiency, including the utilization of the inverter and motor. The proposed method is directly visual and easy to use as the result of its graphic format. Finally, two different actual permanent magnet synchronous motors are selected, and the theory validity is proved by comparison with these two motors.
