摘    要:通过紫铜与低碳钢的熔化极氩弧焊的生产实践,对铜钢焊接易产生裂纹、未熔合和气孔等缺陷进行了试验分析,并采用了合理的焊接工艺,提高了焊接接头的力学性能,保证了工件质量。

Abstract:Based on practices of metal argon arc welding of red copper and low carbon steel, experimental analyses were carried out on some defects produced easily during welding of red copper and steel, such as crack, lack of fusion, and gas pore and so on. Because the reasonable welding procedure was adopted, the mechanical properties of welded joint were raised, and the quality of joint was ensured.
