基于FLUENT的热压板通道布置设计优化

摘    要:用有限元仿真元件FLUENT分析热压板的温度场分布情况,找出影响温度分布的原因及参数,并根据仿真结果改变通道布局及调整通道间距以提高热压板温度均匀性,减小工作面温差,提高产品质量。

Abstract:Through analyzing the temperature field distribution of hot platen by the finite element simulation software FLUENT,the factors and parameters that affect the temperature distribution were fund out.Based on the simulation result,the channel layout was changed and the intervals between channels was adjusted in order to improve the temperature uniformity of the hot platen,reduce the temperature difference on the working surface,and raise the product quality.
