人在回路的沉浸式虚拟装配技术研究

摘    要:针对传统产品开发的序贯过程,很多问题要待到实物装配时才能充分暴露,导致零部件装配缺陷发现滞后,提出了人在回路的沉浸式虚拟装配技术。研究了人在回路的沉浸式虚拟装配环境、虚拟装配关键技术、虚拟装配应用系统,提出了人在回路的沉浸式虚拟装配原理,基于Virtools搭建出虚拟装配原型系统,并进行了工程验证。结果表明,所设计的人在回路的沉浸式虚拟装配系统具有一定的工程应用性。

Abstract:Considering the problem that the assembly faults of the components were found obstructively with the practical model in the conventional way of sequence for developing products,the immersive virtual assembly technology of man-in-the-loop was put forward.Virtual assembly environment,virtual assembly key technologies,and virtual assembly application systems were discussed,the principle of the immersive virtual assembly of man-in-the-loop was proposed,virtual assembly prototype systems was built based on Virtools and validated.The result indicates that the system of the immersive virtual assembly of designed man-in-the-loop is able to apply to engineering.
