安装角度对旋挖钻机变幅机构的力学影响

摘    要:为研究和改善旋挖钻机变幅机构的力学性能,基于牛顿-欧拉方法建立变幅机构的动力学模型,在MATLAB的Simulink工具箱中建立仿真模型,进而比较分析安装角度对旋挖钻机变幅机构力学性能的影响。仿真结果表明:安装角度位于41°~45°范围内时,旋挖钻机变幅机构的力学性能最佳。

Abstract:For the research and improvement of mechanical characteristics of luffing mechanism of rotary drilling rig,the dynamic model was established based on the Newton-Euler method.And,the simulation model was built up in the Simulink toolbox of MATLAB.Then,the impact on mechanical behaviors of luffing mechanism of rotary drilling rig by installing angle was compared and analyzed.The simulation result shows that the luffing mechanism has the best mechanical behavior when the installing angle is ranged from 41° to 45°.
