钢管旋转机构的运动学分析及仿真

摘    要:以一种新型钢管旋转机构为研究对象,采用复数矢量法求解了该机构的运动参数。基于ADAMS仿真软件建立了机构的虚拟样机模型,并对该机构进行运动学仿真分析,对比分析了两种条件下其运动规律和状态。分析结果表明,在钢管夹紧阶段,夹杆均为变减速运动;而在旋转阶段,当气缸输入时,机构为变加速的加速转动,当曲柄输入时,机构为匀速转动;气缸在整个运动过程中为正、反向摆动。分析结果为机构的工作参数选择和结构的优化设计提供依据。

Abstract:By taking a new steel rotating mechanism as the research object,and the motion parameters of this mechanism was solved by adopting complex vector method.The virtual prototyping model of the mechanism was established and the mechanism kinematics simulation analysis was carried out with ADAMS simulation software.The motion rules and state in two conditions were comparatively analyzed.Analysis results show that the motion of the clip rod is of variable deceleration in steel pipe clamping stage;the mechanism is of accelerated rotation with variable acceleration in rotating stage when the cylinder inputs,while mechanism is of uniform rotation when the crank input.The cylinder is with positive and reverse swings throughout the movement process.The analysis results provide the basis for the selection of work parameter and optimization design of structure.
