摘    要:盾构掘进机是一种广泛应用于隧道工程施工的大型机械设备。刀盘刀具是盾构掘进机的关键部件,因此盾构刀盘的强度设计十分重要。文中利用有限元软件建立盾构刀盘的有限元模型进行数值模拟,分析了在不同工况及不同设计方案下刀盘的受力状态,为盾构刀盘刀具优化结构设计提供参考依据。

Abstract:Shield machine is a large mechanical device that is widely used in the construction of tunnel engineering.Cutter head and cutters are the key components of shield machine,so the strength design of shield cutter head is very important.The finite element model of cutter head is established.The stress in the cutter head is simulated in different conditions and different design options,which will optimize the structure of cutter head.
