岸边集装箱起重机结构轻量化设计及可靠性分析

摘    要:利用ANSYS软件对60 t-63 m岸边集装箱起重机进行轻量化设计,在保证刚度和强度满足要求的条件下,优化后结构质量比之前减少了3.56%。为计算由于测量误差等各种随机因素造成的结构失效概率,利用ANSYS软件概率分析功能对优化后结构进行可靠性分析,确定优化后结构的失效概率和应力、应变的均值分布曲线。从应力、应变对于各输入变量的灵敏度分析中得知,结构失效最敏感的参数是海侧立柱各板厚度。将优化设计和可靠性分析技术相结合,为以后的工程设计提供了一种分析方式。

Abstract:Lightweight design of 60 t-63 m quayside container crane was carried out by utilizing ANSYS.The weight is reduced by 3.56% under the condition that both rigidity and stress meet the demands.By utilizing PDS in ANSYS to analyze the reliability of optimized structure for measuring failure probability and distribution curve of stress and rigidity caused by uncertain input parameters.The most sensitive parameter is the thickness of seaside post by analyzing sensitivity of output parameters.Integrating optimized design with reliability analysis is an innovative method for future engineering design.
