摘    要:结构优化方法在实际工程中得到了越来越广泛的应用,文中综合考虑各种结构优化方法的适用性,并选择了拓扑优化方法,采用ANSYS软件拓扑优化模块对双摆角铣头万向架结构进行优化.优化改进后,在刚度、强度满足设计要求的情况下,万向架质量减少了21%,优化效果显著.

Abstract:As structural optimization method has been increasingly and widely employed in practical projects,by considering the applicability of various structural optimization methods and selecting topology optimization method,the gimbal mount in bi-rotary milling head was optimized by topology optimization module in ANSYS software.After optimization and improvement,the mass of the gimbal mount has been reduced by 21% under the condition that the stiffness and strength meet the design requirement,and the optimization effect is very much significant.
