摘    要:基于直驱式A/C双摆角重型铣头结构几何模型建立了整机有限元模型,采用杆单元等效模拟连接轴承,并对其进行了力学分析.双摆角铣头在工作过程中,其固有频率和电主轴末端位移随着A轴摆角的摆动而波动,并且整机性能由其结构薄弱环节C轴组合轴承决定.

Abstract:Based on geometrical model of the direct drive A/C bi-rotary heavy milling head structure,the finite element model of entire machine was established.By employing the link element equivalence method to simulate the connection bearings,the mechanical analysis was carried out.During the operation of bi-rotary heavy milling head,its natural frequency and the displacement on the end of the high frequency spindle fluctuate with the shifting of the A-axis swing angle,the overall performance is determined by the C-axis combination bearing that is the weak link of the whole structure.
